Director, Parliamentary Relations, Outreach and Planning
The Director provides strategic advice and corporate leadership to support the Parliamentary Budget Officer (PBO) in fulfilling the OPBO’s mandate. The role leads parliamentary relations, communications and outreach, and integrated corporate planning and reporting; oversees parliamentary, stakeholder and media briefings; develops strategic frameworks and governance processes; and serves as a trusted advisor on horizontal corporate and operational issues. Working in a fast-paced and politically sensitive parliamentary environment, the Director ensures strong coordination across the organization and productive relationships with Parliament, central agencies, and external partners.
